Termites

[Coast is Clear]

We have had no problems in our new house with termites and the house is up on pressure treated pilings, but wanted to know if termites were a big issue in the sandy soil on the Gulf.

Being from Atlanta, it IS a big issue here.

Do I need to be concerned, and if so who offers a good service?
