The best smell is...

New posts
:funn: Not the morning after a day of beer drinking.

Right now? Rain. (At least I think that's the best smell. I've forgotten...)

Freshly mown St. Augustine Grass, the initial whiff of breakfast cooking from the far reaches of the master bedroom, coffee brewing, exhaust air standing at any bar-b-que parking lot, my wife's Channel no. cinco[can be combined with grass], confederate jasmine in full blast bloom phase, also orange blossoms, the first Pavlovian smell of a lit cigarette[when I briefly smoked], any baked product with cinnamon, sea air standing on the bridge of a ship in the middle of the Atlantic, toll house cookies....help me, I can't stop! Wasabi fumes with Kirin beer.....

The best smell..............our lake house, it's just the best, warms my heart:wub:

The fragrance of flowers in the evening when you're going for a walk, when the night is still. The corner of 30-A where the Seagrove Village Market is has some wild flowers growing, don't know what, but they smell heavenly.

mowed grass, chocolate chip cookies baking, frying bacon, ground coffee, ocean spray, sauteed garlic

The deep breath of air after I step out of the car after pulling into the parking lot of our condo at Seamist, Clinique (sp?) Happy on a beautiful woman, the steam off of the road after a summer thunderstorm, and cedar lumber.
