unusual weather

we yanks have been having extremely warm weather also, got up to almost 70 here yesterday and the last several days - very unusual for this time of year.

I thought it was supposed to be coming this afternoon, but current temp is 69 degrees and the wind is still blowing from the south. I bet it will be a quick shift in temp when that cold air does blow down from the north. Burr!
 
:eek: It is quite a shock to the body. Last night it was 65 degrees and this morning 40 with wind chill in the teens. Nashville had winds at 60 mph. I just had a limb or two down in the backyard....nothing serious. Looks like a long winter.:(
 
Still in the mid 60's here. Very nice. The wind is still pushing north at the moment. Nice waves crashing on the beach with no one out there enjoying the view other than little old me and the Pelicans. :wub:

Here are some Pelicans I caught at sunset on 11/26 before the weather shifted...
