Red Bar was crowded, but funn. I danced on the bar with Kfunn and Jfunn to "Don't Stop Till You Get Enough" and accidentally kicked over someone's drink. Oops. Then later someone spilled their wine on my shirt, and the aforementioned "best chest in sowal" is still covered in confetti. This is after two showers. The stuff doesn't come off!

I am so sorry ....i kinda missed it...FFF yelled upstairs to me "BB, it's 3:45! I yelled back "I can tell time!" ...at 8:30ish my house phone rang...it was Lisa_at_the_beach...."are we walking"..."hel! naw!" ...she replies "thank god!" and hangs up! maybe it was not a good idea to try to plan this after new years eve...i did not make it off the couch until about 2:30....had to drive back to the 'ham...still not over it!

Shall we try again another day supermom26.2

Ok, I forgive you Kimmifunn! I thought it was my breath! You took off so fast. My daughter said we couldn't start until you got back. We waited a little while and decided to get it over with, before I lost the motivation.

I have been asked to lead a Jeff Galloway run/walk group. I'm just checking into what I have to do to get it started here. I'll post more as I have more info. It is a great way to start an exercise program, anyone can do it! Because you have built-in walk breaks, you are less tired and can do more.
