Water Tower taken down and ATT doesn't replace cell antenna ma

Just off Highway 393 few months ago water tower taken down. Now ATT is mostly "No Service"..
Calls to 611 don't help....visits to ATT store they have no idea....anyone else feeling the ATT pain?.
