I would caution your glee at the thought of an emergency declaration, because if the President opens a door such as that and when a Democrat gets in there I just want you to remember you were ok with it. That is unless the President tosses the Constitution and names himself the Great Leader for Life and then we got a whole bunch of other s**t gonna happen.

We are all "OK with it".
A: There are 31 continuing "National Emergencies" in effect RIGHT NOW.
B: The 94th Congress (Red Senate, Blue House) passed the National Emergencies Act and Ford signed it in 1976.
C: Carter, Clinton, Bush 43, Obama, and even Trump have exercised the Act.
Just look at the "emergencies" that Obama declared:

July 25, 2011: The National Emergency With Respect to Blocking Property of Transnational Criminals was in response to the rise in crime by specific organizations: Los Zetas (Mexico), The Brothers’ Circle (former Soviet Union countries), the Yakuza (Japan), and the Camorra (Italy).
May 16, 2012: The National Emergency With Respect to Blocking Property of Persons Threatening the Peace, Security, or Stability of Yemen addressed political unrest within the Yemen government.

April 1, 2015: The National Emergency With Respect to Blocking the Property of Certain Persons Engaging in Significant Malicious Cyber-Enabled Activities was in response to Chinese cyber attacks on the U.S.
Nov 23, 2015: The National Emergency With Respect to Blocking Property of Certain Persons Contributing to the Situation in Burundi was declared after a failed coup.
Using the Act to do what is necessary to get control of our Southern border and stem the flow of illegals into our country qualifies under the Act's provisions. And the Dems can't do a thing about it....

Yes and Prez Pussygrabber has declared three and none of them required seizure of property or billions not approved by Congress. It will be citizens and the courts stopping it. It’s comical you use the phrase stem the flow which is something Individual One often boasted he had achieved until he realized it wasn’t useful if he wanted to convince his devotees they were in imminent danger of being overrun by hordes of brown people.

Come on...you have to admit that CNN, CNN! having to show that 76% of folks from THEIR POLL approved what POTUS said. It was like a nostalgic glimmer of that moment on election night when they and PMSNBC had to admit that Trump would be #45.
