Sedition

A seditionist is one who engages in or promotes the interest of sedition.

If he does end up being elected he could be impeached again, and all the charges from last year's impeachment could be tacked on. Nearly 500 former national security officials formally back Biden

A bipartisan group of 489 former national security officials have endorsed Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

The group, National Security Leaders for Biden, said that President Trump “has demonstrated he is not equal to the enormous responsibilities of his office” and “cannot rise to meet challenges large or small.”

“Thanks to his disdainful attitude and his failures, our allies no longer trust or respect us, and our enemies no longer fear us," the group wrote in a letter released Thursday.

In my opinion, falsely claiming voter fraud and threatening to stop the peaceful transfer of power amounts to sedition under the definition above. But, there are at least a dozen other high crime and misdemeanors that would be sufficient if any GOP senators grew a spine.

Just get out and vote out the Repubs for the Presidency and the Senate. Contribute to campaigns as much as you can, even for races in other states. Trump is asking supporters to be "poll watchers" to keep the "thieving stealing democrats" from voter fraud. He intends to intimidate voters from going to the polls. Democrats are responding with their own poll watchers. This is incredible but my family believes we should volunteer as poll watchers. At this point we the people are going to have to do more than vote. We have to try and protect our democracy from this man who cares nothing about we the people. We are in full crisis mode now!

I agree. I do believe that a better democracy has more than two political parties but that is a long way from happening. This election there are two choices. Biden is a moderate. Trump is desperate, unhinged and destructive. He aligns with republicans because they have bought into his methods of destructive politics and centralized power. Every vote is a vote for or against we the people.

This only fuels Trump supporters who believe that our government officials are bloated and corrupt. I understand why you post these things but it does not help elect Honest Joe. If there are swing voters and there are they will be watching how democrats address issues other than Trump has bad character. Trump supporters believe that he will drain the swamp.
