well, I haven't looked at the forecast for next week, but it seems to always be rather balmy these days. cool nights and warmish days. think it was rather windy out on the beach today which can be a really cold feeling this time of year. I would pack jeans, long sleeves, a few comfy sweats and sweaters, maybe a pair or two of shorts and a few short sleevers. forget the friggin iron. you're on vacation for goodness sake!

don't forget my presents.

Sweaters take up so much room in my carry on. I hate checking luggage.

Mango, pack layers! I swear I was putting a jacket on, taking a jacket off, putting it on again, all week long. And like Toots said, pack the presents.

That's exactly what I told my mother today, that at least it wasn't snow. I don't mind enough of it to make the yard look like a postcard photo, but over and above that, no way. We have such a loooooooooooooooong driveway to shovel. :roll:

our driveway is short but pretty steep, it is a bear to shovel..thank god that is mr audie's job ;-) i got him this gigantic snow blower after that last huge storm we had at christmas several years ago. 3 swipes and he's done.
