thanks for asking audie....knee is not good and looks like a couch day for me. It's so beautiful out today. Have a good one !!!!
Hey Katz, my sister-in-law broke her knee cap last year by just tripping and falling doing out the back door. She had to have it in a brace thing for a number of weeks. Please go to the doc and have it checked out! Did you already go?

Soiree!!! I am off with #4 to Cumming with a couple stops along the way....lunch and Walmart. Lord help me. PS I didn't go to church. I know the suspense was killing all of you since I got so much advise! See you all tomorrow. I just heard from Oldtimer that it is a beautiful day in sowal! Enjoy!

why is it startling to you ? you make it sound like i am a kidnapper or murderer because i like to get a refund back :idontno:

What I find startling is that the US Government pays "0" on its savings accounts, whereas ING Savings Account currently pays 4.5%. That's extra money that can be used to soften the blow of the interest rate the credit card company is charging.

Neither kidnapping, nor murder....just money management.

I kinda figured that is what you meant. Suze Orman, whom I love, alway's says that it is best not to get a refund back. You should break even, because for those 12 months of the year, the US Gov't is using your money. Making interest on your money, when in fact you should be reaping the benifits of that interest. Also, it is nice to have more $$ in your paycheck each payday. Did I get a refund this year? Yep, and I think I am going to re-look that situation.

Good choice.

Once done, you need to put that "extra" money away in savings or use it to pay down credit monthly to keep interest rates from eating up any more of your money....keeping in mind that it doesn't make much sense to keep money in a savings account @ 4.5% in interest when you're carrying debt and paying 18% to the YouTube - Real financial heros part 2 of 3. Best of luck.
