I wanted to crawl out from under my rock to wish you and yours all the best on your new life--I'm beyond impressed--what a ballsy move!!

Coincidentally, I was in San Diego in April watching the waves (and smelling the sweet sea air) from the Coronado Hotel. SD is a great place for a surfer (or someone who just enjoys watching the ocean over a tall cold one).

A wise man once told me "never look back--always look forward"...it's the only way to live one's dreams.

P.S. Tell me your new digs doesn't have GCTs & SS!

Thanks Shel. I take it as an honor to get you out from under that rock. The move has been a blast and yet very challenging. I feared not doing this more then the consequences of staying in my comfort zone. It just all really added up and one day the call was too strong. We had to follow the call! I miss everyone very much but for now we seem to fit in here pretty good.
We are living in Huntington Beach right now and I am slowly putting my RE biz together out here.

ps. Not sure what GCT & SS mean???? Short sale?
