I chose to read this story and read every word. It was a very encouraging story from a mother who had a preemie and was understandably afraid. I hope that it will help just the right person.
Now on another note. I realize my way of life is not "normal" to most people. I go to prayer on Tuesday night, church on Wednesday night, Sunday morning and Sunday night. I don't drink anymore, I don't cuss anymore and I no longer smoke (even though somehow I was in on the first SoWal smokin' drinkin' party and innocently learned a new name you could call somebody)
I try to be uplifting and encouraging to people by showing the love that was shown to me by Jesus. I have a inner sense of peace no matter what the situation. At my house, we don't downgrade each other, condemn each other or try to make the other person feel badly about themselves. There is joy, much laughter, good times and a feeling of acceptance for anyone who enters. If this way of life is abnormal, so be it. I've never been happier or felt more fulfilled.
I hope and pray if one of my fellow SoWallers ever needs me, they will reach out. I'll be there in a heartbeat whether by internet or phone (in person if I'm lucky;-) ). Our time on this earth is short and nothing we can physically touch will make any difference in the end. The only thing that matters will be if you know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Every human being has the potential of being saved from what will happen on this earth one day. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'd love to share with you!
Love,
BC
