 Turn in your Realtor's blazer, bucko!!! (GCT & SS: Granite countertops and Stainless Steel)

"What a terrible thing to have lost one's mind. Or not to have a mind at all. How true that is." - Dan Quayle

....just don't lose your heart--that's the most important thing.

Shel.

I sure miss you. Always loved your quick, witty replies! It took me awhile but eventually I got it and I learned soooooo much from you. Take care and I traded the blazer for a pair of skinny jeans and vans.

Bobby J

ps. a few pics of Brody's first skate lesson. I sure hope someone takes up the fight to get SoWal a skate park! We really need one and would be an asset for the area!

love the skate photos..,.,glad ya'll are having fun.

BobbyJ, miss you and the family, how about da Bears?!

Da Bears! Off to a great start. Being a Bear fan I have learned to not get excited yet. Just love to see them beat the packers! We miss all you guys. I must say we really love it here but we sure miss everyone. Sometimes so much it hurts. Take care Skunkape and thanks for looking after Grandma. Every time, I talk with her she cries about us moving. :( She has gotten older and forgets that in her 40's she was running all over the country in a motor home enjoying the world. She then settled in the most beautiful place of all, Sowal.
Sometimes in life you just gotta check some things off your list.

I love this thread Bobby J. I wish you all the happiness and adventures you are looking for (and absolutely deserve).

I can relate - we just turned our lives utterly upside down this summer when we moved up to the Boston area. We absolutely LOVE it, and are amazed how easy the transition has been. We have met a ton of good people already and are seeing and doing a ton of new things! That said, the trauma of moving hasn't quite hit me yet. It is hard to think of the people I saw all the time and just won't anymore. I miss them, and all the stuff and places we were attached to. :( And family, of course, is another story altogether.

But from a personal growth standpoint, a big move like this just can't be beat. :D

Love to you all!
