Don't worry about the seriousness of this camping- I was most concerned about the coffee situation (and RO helped me there). My list looks exactly like Tootsie's. And car camping- SJ, does that mean I sleep in the car?
The closest I have come to camping in the last 20 years is sleeping on the 2nd story bedroom deck of the house next door to Kimmi's parents. Bdarg is still cracking up that I am even considering it. It's probably a fleeting thought.![]()
Tootsie said:Jen-ay - don't forget the repellant. I forgot to add that to my list, but meant to. It's a heck of a lot of packing, but whatcha gonna do?
jdarg said:I think I will be car camping- bringing too much stuff. I'd need 10 donkeys to ahul all the shi! I "need".

RiverOtter said:Try Dale Hollow Lake. We are gonna tow the boat up there this summer. Looks like a great lake.

camping, but then, I am sort of an outdoors kinda gal. "Wildlife" doesn't bother me too much, unless it's a really big snake. destindreamin said:I got it![]()

mr. dd's idea of camping is a motel, so needless to say we have never been camping together. Used to go a lot in a former life. We used to go in Ark.--it's quite beautiful in some areas. Colorado is good too--but cold, even in July.
