If you are talking about the 2015 gun-related charges I believe the charges were dismissed because of witness integrity and age of the case. The sexual assault charge has not been dismissed and will move forward. I know you are trying to save face so let me help you. Regardless of the charges he did not deserve to be shot seven times in the back or even one time.
